Refund & Return Policy – Spinlab

At Spinlab, we strive to ensure that every product meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following terms carefully.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at roosikworks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email roosikworks@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the product back using a tracked shipping method

Important:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted

  • You are responsible for ensuring the item arrives safely


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

Spinlab is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Any shipping fees and handling costs will be deducted

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee if the item shows signs of handling beyond normal inspection.


6. Exchanges & Store Credit

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Product exchange

  • Store credit

This is often the fastest and most efficient resolution.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider
